Not looking good at all.

Well I'm stuck and upset. Fed up with all the negative crap going on around me. I have to wait another stupid 30 days before Tim and I can move out. Stupid, I know. But, it's the stupid laws of North Carolina. So, we are stuck in this house for another 30 days. Great. Gonna be yelled and whatnot for the next 30 days. Well, they always say that you will learn a lesson when you decide to go with the wrong choice. So people, do NOT live with relatives if you aren't planning on staying long. Trust me. Just say that you need a place to stay til you find your own place. It will help you. So yeah. I'm pissed cause now I have to deal with my relative who is gonna threw in my face that I can easily run to mommy and daddy and she has no one to run to. Gee. You have a sugar daddy/boyfriend. Go to him. He should be helping you anyway for making sure his house doesn't go to some crackhead. =| Then she had to nerve to say "Well, I'm your only family here!" Not really. I have my cousin who is two hour drive from here. My sister-in-law will be four hour drive from here soon. So, she is not the only family here. =| God, I'm done ranting. MEH!

Over Night

I had my sleep study last night. Yes, the sleep clinic called me to let me know there was a cancellation and asked me if I can do my sleep study on Saturday. I asked Tim if it was okay. He knew I needed to get out of the house so he said sure go for it. Yay! All hell broke loose here in this house, so I'm glad I got out. So Tim took me to the sleep study lab last night and I was dreading being hooked up and feeling that no doubt they would be the CPAP machine (sleep oxygen machine) on me. Well, throughout the night, I kept waking up for no apparent reason, which I guess was normal for me. New place, new noises. I had to get up only once to go to the bathroom. After the night went by, here comes 6 AM. OMG! I just went the entire night without being woken up so I can be put on the sleep mask. Woo! No snoring for me! No more masks! Good. Cause the other mask is still stuck in who knows where mail. *laughs* Anyway, the tech told me I'm cleared from having a mask. WOOHOO! I'm so flippin' happy. Tim came and got me from the sleep study lab. I told him and he was so proud of me. All because I lost 23lbs in two months. Woo! Here's to a new life. Great choices in my life. New adventure in my life. Yes, I'm still going to have the bariatric surgery. Losing 23lbs will only stall for so long before my weight goes back up. But, yay! Checklist has been reduced by one item. Woo! Now to get rid of the other four items. =)

Moving on with life

Okay. It's been a while since I last wrote. Oh well. Well, so that ya know what is going on. Tim and I finally told my aunt last night that we are in the process of moving out. How did that go, you say? Well, let me tell. She was butt hurt. She went outside then came back inside and started, in a sort of way, yelled at us and telling us that we basically screwed her over. She also said that if we were planning this that we should've given her time and that it was our fault because she quit her other job so she can be a lot closer to home and took a pay cut. So everything that is going wrong is basically our fault. Whatever! Sorry, we aren't bowing down to the so-called "queen". Yes, my aunt thinks she is the "queen" because her ex-hubby and her current bf calls her "la reina". Seriously. Whatever. Anyway, day before yesterday, we got a check. We cashed it yesterday. We paid for the security deposit and the application fee. We are schedule to move in on June 1st. We will be living in our own home. I will be able to make the townhouse that we are moving into our cozy home. I will be able to paint the house, which I'm happy about (I just have to remember to change it back to the normal colour).

Oh! Another thing, my aunt has been talking about me to my mom. My aunt realize I have been losing weight and informed my mom about it. Then she told my mom that she doesn't think I should have the surgery. My aunt has never ever been fat like me. She never ever had the medical problems like me.  She doesn't understand what I'm going through, nor will she ever. She never ever had problems getting pregnant. I do. She's not morbid obese. I am. She doesn't have PCOS, high blood pressure, insulin resistance, GERD. I do. I have so many things wrong with me that it's pathetic. I'm having the surgery so I can cancel out some of the things that are wrong with me. People will never understand what I'm going through if they are not in MY shoes. I will take the sympathy but please try to understand that having the surgery is to help me in the long run. I'm doing this for me. I need to do this for me. I want to live a very healthy life and finally have a family of my own. Yes, I have a family right now.....my husband and dog (who acts like a teenager).

Well, this is it for the rant for now. Yay!

Positive Changes!

OMG! I got a phone call from the Village hospital! They got my referral for gastric bypass. I will be meeting the surgeon on Thursday! OMG! Woo!!! One step closer to gettin' the surgery done. So much is going on now. Getting a new place with my husband. Gettin' ready for surgery. I'm ready for these challenges. I know it will take a toll on me emotionally and a bit on the mentality, but that will be okay. I'm just excited for all the new and positive changes coming into my life.

New foundings! *excited!*

Okay! I'm so flippin' happy! Tim and I agree on going with the townhouse! Woo! The townhouse is very spacious. Xyla will have enough room in the house to go all over the place. On the first of the month, we are going to do everything so we may move into one of the houses. I can't wait! It's fabulous place. The community is very close. They have people who have lived there close to 10 yrs! Can you believe it?! Okay. So you know what kind of townhouse we got. We are moving into 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom and it's a two story house. It has a nice lookin' kitchen. It has a nook that is set in a day window area. It's very beautiful. We have stairs (ugh. I don't like stairs. Oh well). Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The half bathroom is on the first floor. We have a fireplace! I'm so excited we have that! We also have central AC and heating. We were told we can paint over the walls; but, is required to be painted over with a primer when we move out. I so can do that. Woo! I so love that our new house will be so awesome! Currently, we are deciding on how to decorate it. This should be very fun. And, since we don't really have a lot of furniture....YET....everything will come together before we move. I'm excited. Pictures will be posted on FB when we are done with decorating the house. I can't wait til the holidays come where I can make my house look cozy. =) More to come! =)

Losing Weight and Surgery

Okay. Here is a bit of a touchy subject. Yes, it's about losing weight and surgery. So I decided to have surgery, bariatric surgery (gastric bypass). Yes, I decided to have it. There are numerous reasons why I chose to have it. Sorry, to break your heart, it's not your decision but mine. I see it how I call it. I want to live a healthier life.  I want to be able to get pregnant. I'm not able to have a healthy life or get pregnant if I have multiple problems. I know a lot of people are discouraging me not to have the surgery. They don't know what I'm going through. They also figured I don't weigh that much and don't need the surgery if I continue to exercise and diet. Well, guess what. Diets and exercise don't always work. You hit that plateau and you are stuck. You don't lose weight and you are more than likely give up and there goes your weight again (Up, up, and away!). I do have my support who are encouraging me to go the surgery and continue onto a healthier lifestyle.  Currently, I'm suffering from PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome), high blood pressure, insulin resistance, hypothyroidism, GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease), and sleep apnea. In order for me to get rid of these, I need something that will help me. That is why I chose to have surgery. Also, according to the doctors, this is a medical necessity. Yes, I'm "morbid obese". Yes, I don't look like I'm "morbid obese". I probably look like I weigh 180lbs to a lot of y'all. Sadly, I ain't that. I haven't been at that weight for over 10 yrs.

I want to thank my husband (Tim), my sister-in-laws (Shauna and Jenny), my brother, my mother, my father, my mother-in-law (Linda), and my best friends (Tim M and Linda G) for supporting me and encouraging me to continue to a healthier lifestyle. Thank y'all! =)  Cheers to a healthier and thinner life!!!! =)

Currently looking.

Well, Tim and I have been living with one of my relatives for the past four months. So, we think it's time we get our own place. There are so many reasons as to why we need to move to our own place. One of them is because we need more room. We also need to take things out of the boxes. All of our stuff are in boxes and it's hard to make a house our own if we don't really own it. We are paying half the rent but still we don't feel like it's our own. So, we are currently lookin' for a new place to live. Yay! We found two possibilities; however, we still have to deal with applications, pet registration (well, pay a fee), and the whole shabang. Then, we will be able to move into the new house and make it our own. Yay! I miss decorating and rearranging our own place. Xyla, our German Shepherd, needs to run around freely. We are having to keep her in our room since there is another dog in the house. Xyla doesn't like other dogs. She rather stick to humans than other dogs. Another reason why we are choosing to move is because we need to be a bit closer to Tim's work. Currently, we are having to drive 15 minutes to work and it's taking a toll on our funds for gas (since gas is still a bit too high). I can't wait to move again. It will be a lot easier on us. The stress in my life will be going down where I can concentrate more on my life and marriage with Tim. =)
