Wow. Been a good while since I've last wrote on here. Well, to give a fast cap as to what is going on:

We are currently waiting on orders to leave. Though, have to wait for the hubby to turn in the paper work so we can get said orders. Never amazes me. But, what can I do? I don't have authorizations to go and take the paper work to reassignments on his behalf. I would need a power of attorney to do so. Still, I highly doubt they will even bother lookin' at me. Anyway. I was counting how much longer we have here at Bragg. Come to find out that we have a total of eight months til the report date. We are hoping we can leave early before the snow touches down. So, if we leave sixty days prior, we only have a total of six months left on here at Bragg. YAY!!!!! I'm so ready to leave and go forth to my new home. I'm so ready. Trust me. I am.

On other news, hubby went to his first promotion board and didn't quite make it. Sad about it. He was also a bit heart broken since he did his best. What got him was that he was so nervous that everyone tried to get him to calm down. No luck on that. So, everyone is giving him until the end of the month to get everything situated. Hubby told me that the army are hurting for NCOs for 15U and that is why the points are beyond ridiculously low. Granted, it is good for him since he can just get promoted with that. However, if the army was desperate, then why not just automatically promote him? Sometimes I will never understand the army. Lucky for them, I suppose. Oh well.

On a more chipper news, hubby and I are going to start trying to get pregnant.........again. We shall see how this goes. We are wanting and needing to expand our family. It is something we desire. This would be our first child and I'm excited. Though, I do have to wait patiently since I do need to be place on Clomid (medication to help get pregnant). We shall see what happens in the next couple months.
